I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a curiosity for what sits beneath the surface — the patterns, experiences, relationships, and beliefs that shape how we move through the world.

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and reflective. I want our sessions to feel like a space where you can be honest, ask difficult questions, laugh when it feels right, and explore yourself without fear of judgment.

Hi, I’m Chinwendum.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.

My Approach

I don’t believe therapy is about sitting across from someone who has all the answers. I see it as a collaborative process of slowing things down, getting curious, and making sense of what may have been difficult to understand on your own.

Together, we might explore the patterns that keep showing up, where they came from, what they have been trying to do for you, and whether they still fit the life you want now. Sometimes that means looking backward. Sometimes it means focusing on what is happening right now. Often, it’s a little bit of both.

Curiosity before judgement

The parts of ourselves we struggle with often make more sense when we understand where they came from. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with me?” we can begin asking, “What might this be doing for me?”

Understanding before change

Change can feel different when it comes from understanding rather than pressure. My goal is to help you build enough awareness of yourself that you have more choice in how you respond, connect, cope, and move forward.
